MOVIE REVIEW: Explore the different varieties of ‘single’

BROKEN hearted Alice (Dakota Johnson) takes a break from her long-term boyfriend and lands herself a dream job as a paralegal in a New York City law firm.

On her first day in the new job, Robin (Rebel Wilson) shows Alice the ins and outs of the office.

But Robin's real focus is to teach Alice how to party her sorrows away with shots, clubbing and that guy called Tom (Anders Holm).

Single isn't what Alice does.

Alice is more of a long term, monogamy addicted lover, searching for an at home handy man.

Just like Alice there are plenty of women in New York searching for the same thing, love.

Don't let the movie's title fool you, this movie isn't just about love or romance.

It's not another version of 'He's Just Not That Into You'.

It's hilariously funny and random while addressing a common topic young adults face as they hit the dating world, exploring the different varieties of single.

Rebel Wilson definitely helps make this movie, as her quick-witted dry humour brings this movie together.

If you are searching for a movie that will make you laugh out loud at the random humour, with a decent story line that isn't too romantic, How To Be Single is for you.

And you'll leave with that feel good movie satisfaction.
