Coast dams run over as heavy rain fills past the brim
MOST Coast dams are spilling today after heavy rain took them past capacity.
Ewen Maddock Dam at Landsborough, Lake Macdonald at Cooroy, Poona Dam at Kureelpa and Wappa Dam at Kiamba were all more than 100 per cent capacity and spilling on Monday morning.
Borumba Dam at Imbil was also spilling.
Baroon Pocket Dam at Maleny was at 78.3% but that was a marked improvement from early October when it fell to 45.3%.
